Which woman does not desire a healthier skin?
Unfortunately,given our hectic lifestyles.Many aspects of daily life affects our skin.

There are few steps to keep your skin radiant.

1. Use Sunblock Daily -Because sun exposure ages unprotected skin and increases the risk of skin cancer.

2. Quit Smoking- It is as damaging to the skin as exposure to the sun's UV rays,significantly increasing wrinkles and dryness.

3. Exercise regularly- Keep our blood flowing,and give our skin a healthy glow.

4. Get Enough Sleep- To avoid dark circles,under eye bags and sagging skin.

5. Eat Healthy 'Skin Food'- For example,Fish,yoghurt,berries,green vegetables and sources of essential fatty acids like walnuts and flax seeds.

6. Drink eight glasses of water a day- Keep our major organs hydrated,including our skin.

7. Keep Skin Clean- Sticking to a daily ritual of cleansing,toning and moisturising,and exfoliating at least twice a week.

Keep up these healthy habits and you will have a healthier skin.
