First Month Progress

Alright, I'm back to blog about my workout progress.

I started my first workout about a month ago, got inspired by all the victoria secret's models. Especially Miranda Kerr, she has a smoking hot body and perfectly in shape, so *FLAWLESS* I can't believe that she already had a child already!! Awwww, How can she have a body like that??!!



Hmmm.... At first I though it is impossible to slim down, I told myself "DON'T even DREAM about it" before, but when I saw that my bf slim down 5kgs and got his six packs in 5weeks...I'm kinda impress... and so I was thinking to give a TRY and see how it goes. If you don't try you won't know, right? That's how i started my first step. LOLLLLLLLLL!!


Apparently, I slim down my waist from 26 inches to 24 INCHES !!!! Yes, it's 2 inches, with 5 meals a day! NEVER SKIP MEAL!! EAT SOMETHING HEALTHY! Seriously, I never been so slim before after high school ...I swear, am so happy I BREAK MY OWN RECORD!! *claphand* 

Here's a picture of my before, not the "FATest" moment but still fat for me. Believe it or not. 26inches oily-watery-fatty-layers of waist of mine! I wonder how i survive for so long!! HAHAHAHAHA!!

No doubts, It's me!! I'm that fat ! It's quite hard to find picture like this because i almost destroyed ALL of them! Can't face the truth laaaaaaaaaa me!  *evilgrins* Only manage to find few... Here it is....
Look at my tummy! OMGOSHHHHHHHH!! wtf right...hahahahaha :D
I was suffering when I'm having photo shooting last time, I have to hold my breath, suck my tummy in hold for seconds!! GAHHHH......and still need to PS the photos. FML....LOL..... When in the club or event, I have to take picture with everyone at first way before I start drinking, because after I had few shots, BOOoooooom!! It's very very very very hard to find a good angle to snap a nice pic, Only can find few shots out of hundreds.!! seriously FML for that!! 
*i am tired of running away from the reality already, so i decided to CHANGED* 
I DON'T WANNA MAKE EXCUSES, I WANNA MAKE RESULTS!

             And, Here's after!! 24inch waist, so happy i don't have choose the right angle anymore..

Thanks God and I'm so grateful that my hard work did payoff!! 
It's not even 100% of my efforts, i think i can do better than that. *evilgrins*

                  Somehow is just half way there, I wanted a 23inches waist, still fighting for it :D

You know what, sometimes I felt very demotivated when I flex my abs after I finished gym and I still can't see my six packs at all. I was nagging my bf why is my abs not visibly. Maybe i'm not patience enough. Maybe I "expect" it is easy to have six packs HAHAHAHAHA!! But after I did some research, I realized that it is more difficult for a girl like me who never did any exercise before. So, it is kinda different with others who trained themselves before, it's easier to push their six packs out, like what my bf did. Well, i should just stick to my plan and work harder, BE PATIENCE. LOL!!
I will never give up, i want a KILLER ABS so badly!! It's my GOAL now! 
Btw, I'm still proud of myself because I used the healthiest way to lose weight. 
NO SHORTCUTS! NO MEDICINE! NO PILLS! NO DRUGS! HELL YEAH!!!!! 

So, Stop hurting yourself with some products to slim down in "thunder speed". It's impossible
If there's a will some where in your mind that you wanted it so badly, there's always a better way for you to have it. Just work hard for your dream body. Everyone can do it, don't be lazy!
This is just part of my progress, I'll keep going on and on until I reach my goal.
I'll do my best to prove to myself that I can get what i want !

    1. Good good :) I'm glad that my progress can help you feel like getting started HAHAHAHA
      I was afraid at first, try bring along your siblings, bff or boyfriend :D Simply drag them in.
      If really no one go with you, try do Home-Workout. At least you're working out your body.
      First step always the hardest, but once you started, you'll never feel like stopping :D
      If you need any advice, I don't mind to share hehehehehe. ALL THE BEST YA!!!

    1. I did a few different types of abs workout. For example crunches, leg lifts, bicycle crunches, reverse crunches and a lot.
      We need to keep doing all kind of different abs workout to let the muscles grows. Don't used to do the same workout.

  10. I ' m success lose my weight about 12kg,my arm,waist,thigh all are slim down,but still can't reduce my tummy,still can't find any answer why the tummy can't disappear after i had slim down...

      Before my weight was 56,now is 44,but my height only 154cm..i didn't do any workout or exercise,i slim down by
      adjusted my daily meal, just like what u say, eat healthy...
      After reading your blog,u r motivated me and i had just realized that workout maybe can fix my tummy..
      I don't have time go to gym,if i do some workout at home,still can see the result?

    3. wow, that's a very impressive result! Cutting 12kgs FATs by just adjusting ur intake is crazy, U must be very discipline!
      Well. actually there are a few reason u can't reduce tummy.
      For example :
      1.Alcohol 2.Eating too fast 3.Siting after meal or sit most of the time in ur daily activities.

      Btw, I did post a home workout routine. Try it out, I think it should help.
      Some how there's no targeted body part workout, so keep it up with full body workout and you'll see the results.

  11. I dont think you are being honest to your readers. How come you measure on different parts for the before and after pics? If you measure below the belly button ofcuz it is going to be bigger compare to above belly button.. You are not honest to your readers don't you?

    1. Well, I think it's quite obvious before workout, i don't have a waist..It's like totally straight..and you can see chubbiness on the first pic don't you? And my after pics.. i slimmed down. And i think it's quite obvious my waist toned up dy..
      & The point is....why do i need to be not honest? It's my body... right?
      If i cheat, the only loses is me.. LOL!

    2. No offense but just curious why do you measure on different parts for both pics. HAHHHH :D I can see the toned of the after pics of course. And I believed everyone can see the difference between both pics as its measured on different parts and it's kinda obvious though. Unless it's only me who sees the difference then I shall keep quiet :D

    Obviously, there is a big difference before and after u workout..
    I trust what my eye seeing,keep going and most important, u r really doing a great job and no need too care what are those people who are jealous that try to harm you..

Girl, don't care about what other's say! we all believe you, those people that dint know what we are going through , that's why they want to break our faith ! that's also why i never and discuss anyone about my diet plan, cause their mouth can't quiet!
