Remember, You don't need to always eat perfectly.
You need to stop eating shit everyday, eat healthy a majority of the time, and learn MODERATION.
MAKE IT A HABIT, YOU CAN DO IT! (^_-)/



Well....I had so many people asking me about my CLEAN EATING PLAN
Seriously, there's too much to share about, because i had different meal everyday.
Normally,I will try make whatever i've in my fridge.. for my clean eating meal (^_−)−☆

So yea, today i'm gonna share about some healthy snack recipe.
I'm happy to share my new found recipe with you all ! hehehehe (^o^)/

It's super easy to make, save time, save energy. We can get it done in 5 minutes time.
AND AND AND, It's very low in calories!!!!!! 


Let's get started..........
WHAT WE NEED?

  • BANANA
  • STRAWBERRIES
  • GREEK YOGURT 
  • TOOTHPICK



Lastly, put it in the fridge. Done :P
