You are what you eat

最近都很忙,经常出国,还有出席event, 把自己的时间表都搞得团团转了。健身房也少去了,但是还是会抽时间 一个星期去几天,这个是不能少的。至于吃的方面就惨了,不能吃得很clean,因为经常外出。但是还是会尽量选择可以吃的东西。虽然我也有懒惰的时候,但是我都会不断提醒自己不能放弃啊!所以你们也不要放弃哦!哈哈哈!

Whenever i feel demotivated, this is what i said to myself :

What if someone told you that you could totally change your life and have the body you want for the rest of your life? What if all you had to do was follow a simple formula and maybe struggle for a month or two? What if you could reprogram your brain to actually enjoy healthy foods? Well, guess what? You can change your life. You can have the body you want for the rest of your life. You can enjoy healthy foods. All you have to do is follow a simple formula, and be wiling to delay gratification for a few months. A few months. That’s it. Then you can enjoy a new body. Don’t be a weak people. You can have all the nutritional information you need to become FIT. The rest is up to you, your determination. While this is a lifestyle, and not a diet, it is going to feel like a diet for the first thirty days or so. During this time, you will be retraining your brain, healing your taste buds, and cleansing and detoxifying your body… Recognize that anything worth having is worth fighting for. Good health, vitality, more energy, more confidence, great abs, a tight ass – You either want ‘em or you don’t!  You can continue plodding along in your life feeling like you’re not living up to your glorious potential or you can dedicate yourself to creating the life you want. Fuck excuses about not having the time or the money. Certainly your health and your body and you are more important than anything else in your life.”...

If you just eat clean & healthy you don’t have to worry about calories - real food passes through you fast. Remember to eat right!

It's not how good you are, it's how good you wanna be.

  2. I'm always amaze how you can stick closely to your routine! I'm so easily demotivated,for the first two months i dropped 2kg but maybe my workout routine previously was too extreme for myself as a beginner, so I gave up,that was so wrong!!!! Now I have modified the previous routine,I hope I can be motivated enough to continue working out,all the best to both of us =)
