Kill your Flabby Belly!!! Workout for Abs!!!

Hello!!! Here's a ABS workout routine I wanted to share with you all, as requested. I'm currently in Bangkok now having my short vacation, crazy shopping as my cardio exercise these few days. Phewwww, luckily able to complete the whole Vlog and the blog posts in time...

It's has been a while I didn't give out any new workout routine tips!
Well, Anyone of you follow and did the Beginner workout & Stairs workout i shared last time?
If you did those workout for more than a month already, I believe you'll notice that you feel less soreness and tiredness for these workout. It's time to add in some higher intense workout :)

I feel happy for myself whenever i see changes on my body.

Yes, i know most of you all interested to know...What I did for my BEER/FAT/FLABBY BELLY?
I KILL IT by doing TONS of ABS workout. I tried almost everything I can. The main reason to try as many different workout position as possible is to keep our muscle guessing so that it won't get use to 1 or 2 workout as you always do. When our muscles get used to our routine, it means that we no longer stress our muscle to burn that much of fat or calories compare to the first few weeks of workout.
As my "personal" experience, doing all kind of different type abs workout, It WORKS! hehehehehe..
It's more to cutting of fat and shaping our abs lines :)

For the first few times when I do these type of workout, my abs were like in paralyze for 2-3days.
SORE to the MAX!!!! But I'm in love with these kinda feelings. This is the only pain i enjoy! LOL! Everyone said I'm Crazy. It's tough, but it worth the pain. BEST of all, I get to motivate my friends and some of my readers.That's why I feels GREAT every time after my workout!! hehehehe..(^_−)−☆

Alright, here's some of the different abs workout I mentioned.
Just some simple move, try it!!




#1
V-up x 10 = 1set x 4 sets
(try to do it slow and steady)

#2
Eagle-crunch x 15 = 1 set x 4 sets
(basically cross your elbows and knees and you'll form a L-point. Crunch up till your elbow touches your knee as 1 rep.)

V-twist x 30 = 1set x 4 sets
(you can add some light weight to increase the toughness, e.g. 2.5 kg or 5kg)

Leg lift with yoga ball x 10 = 1 set x 4 sets
(Lift the ball till it touches your arms, try do it slow. don't rush.)


Remember, control your breath well, breath in breath out.
If it is possible, get someone to support your back incase you can't hold it.
Do not rush! Do it slowly, feel it.

My abs workout is always the last thing i do when I hit the gym. I do it every 2 days per week.
For example : Cardio 30 mins, upper body/lower body workout, and lastly abs workout 



If you want it, work for it

    2. Hi Dear, I followed your abs workout for 3 days, The V-up and Eagle Crunches really damn sore. Haha~ But I love the sore, I miss it. Hehe... V-Twist I do without weight not much feeling. Guess I need to buy a dumbbell set! Please share more about abs workout, I knew it need to change it once your abs muscle get use with it!

      Basically full body workout will help when your overall body fats cutting down.

    1. My current weight is 46kgs. I'm trying gain 2-5 more kgs "muscle mass" because I'm considered underweight.

    1. I split to 5-6 meals per day. sometimes 7 meals. but 3 of it is snacking.
      I'll blog about how I control and eat cleanly for 5 days.

    1. It's up to your body condition and what kinda purpose you wanna your body shape to be.
      If you planning to just slim down you tummy, by doing just abs workout is not enough.
      you can try to do 3days or even 6 days a week . make sure you have at least 1 day rest.

      for basic abs workout, you have to finish one position then only you change it to another :))
