Many women worry that weight training will somehow transform them into Hulk, so they spend hours doing cardio in order to maintain their "feminine" figure. The truth is, women just don't have the hormonal support to gain muscle mass like men. Of course! There are women, typically professional bodybuilders, who look masculine. But, It takes many many many, many years of dedication and a particular lifestyle to achieve this sort of muscularity. Unless you have goals of becoming the next star in female bodybuilding, you don't ever need to worry about looking too masculine. Don't worry about being mascular, worry about being flabby and weak!

I've receiving a lot of email asking me about fitness routine. So, here's some tips for everyone to do without using a lot of equipment and it can be done anytime, anywhere. No more excuses now.

I know, There's so much going on it's difficult to even know where to begin!

First of all, always remember to STRETCH before your workout.
Second, always WARM UP before you start doing any exercises. It is very important.

For warm up, #1 High Knees Jump (1 minutes x 4 sets)
Tried of just cycling, running and jumping jack? Try this out. Great cardio exercise to get the heart pumping if performed regularly it will improve flexibility and power in the lower limbs.

#2 PLANK
This is my favorite warm up. It helps to strengthen your entire body—they make your core pop, strengthen your lower back, and build your shoulders. The best part is, no equipment needed. Just try to hold it as long as you can. ( minimum 1 minute x 4 sets )

#3 Instead of just RUNNING, try HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training)
Add into your routine to burn more calories in a shorter amount of time, as opposed to long, slow endurance exercise.  How to do it: Run at your maximum speed for 1 minute then slow down at fast walking speed for 1 minute. Continuously to do it for at least 15 minutes per day. It can elevate your running and effectively burn calories. Trust me, it is more tiring than your usual cardio.

Girls, Here's some workout that you can try to add into your fitness routine. You don’t need a gym or any equipment, so this extremely effective exercise can be done pretty much anywhere. You can do in the privacy of your own home or you can do it in the park nearby your house after work.

#1 Wall Sit ( 1-2 minutes x 4 sets )
Wall Sits are awesome in working out the two gatherings of muscles in your thighs. It can be done anytime, anywhere. Hold it for 1-2 minutes and feel the burn on your thighs.

#2 Squats with Kettlebell ( 15-20 reps x 4 sets )
You can do it with or without the Kettlebell. If you want it to be more challenging, try it with the kettle bell. As well as toning muscles, squats burn calories too. As you tone and build your muscles, you are burning more and more calories. Do it now!

#3 Kettlebell Swing ( 20 reps x 4 sets )
It is almost like the squats position but when you stand up, swing the kettlebell forward to your shoulder level. Control the speed, hold it for a few seconds if possible. Try to engage your core muscles and your thighs. You will feel the soreness in your core and also your inner thighs. This is one of my favorite workout.

#4 Chair Lunges ( 15 reps each sides x 4 sets )
If you are looking for new leg exercise except squats, try lunges. You can do it with or without weight. Always remember to keep your upper body straight. Place your rear foot on a chair, and have your lead foot slightly in front of you. Keeping your abs and glutes tights, take a medium to long step forward and slowly lower yourself through your leading knee. They effectively work your glutes and quadriceps and also engage your hamstrings.

#5 Push up ( 15 reps x 4 sets )
I’m a huge fan of this classic exercise because it works the entire body, burning a significant amount of calories, as well as tightens my chest muscles. How to do it: Get down on all fours and place your hands on the floor so that they’re slightly wider than and in line with your shoulders, feet close together. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor and then push yourself back to the starting position. Make sure to keep your hips lifted and your core braced the entire time.

Just remember to continue challenging your body by gradually increasing the weight or number of reps as you get stronger. Don't always do the same workout everyday. Try something new and challenge yourself a little more each day. Keep setting goals for yourself because knowing you have something to work toward will encourage you to move further! All the best ladies!

Let's work for a better body together!

Dear readers, So I haven’t been very active throughout these few months because I’ve been soooo busy with my holidays..Everyone needs a break, right? I hope you all don't abandon my blog…LOL! but no matter what, i will not give up on my goal..So..here.. I’m back! Back to my blogging life, all i want is write down everything, track my progress to help motivate myself and others to lose weight, tone up or to be healthy.

Alright, Hope you all had an amazing Christmas and got everything you wished for and had a fabulous New Year too! i had a really fantastic holidays few months back.. i gained 4-5kg in 2 months, how's that? I'm now officially 48.8kg! Thanks to holidays! Guess I had too much indulge *evilgrins*

Usually I say to myself, "I'm on vacation. I'm just going to enjoy myself to the FULLEST."!
I had overindulged this time, I come away feeling sick, demotivated and mentally defeated. But luckily i manage to kick all these negativity off my mind and my body! My goal for the new year is to take things to the next level in my workouts and diet. No more excuses!
I'm here to share some workout i did few days back. PUSH WORKOUT
I'm getting really lost before this, don't know what should i do for my body & my workout routine is all messed up. I'm grateful i have my bf and my friend SeanWong being my trainer, thanks for the guidances. Alright, i guess It's time to start creates my own workout routine and diet meal plan that suitable for my body. Will figure it out and share it in my blog soon.

It's very important for women to have stong upper body strength. I want to gain my strength and get my arm in shape! Well, this exercise is mostly targetting the shoulders and arms, which i concern about…..arm fat.. HAHAHA! Every girl should know right..having flabby upper arms can be really annoying when wearing sleeveless clothes. So, here's some exercise i do :

Some of you might wondering what to do or what should you do when you first time going to the gym.
To all fellow beginners, I know you are motivated, pumped up and can't wait to change your body!!
You can go hardcore, extreme and train like a beast to become your goal body!

But first thing, remember to EDUCATE yourself with the proper way...
Especially when it comes to machines and weight lifting...

Hello!!! Here's a ABS workout routine I wanted to share with you all, as requested. I'm currently in Bangkok now having my short vacation, crazy shopping as my cardio exercise these few days. Phewwww, luckily able to complete the whole Vlog and the blog posts in time...
Hope you all enjoy and like it  o(^_^)o

It's has been a while I didn't give out any new workout routine tips!
Well, Anyone of you follow and did the Beginner workout & Stairs workout i shared last time?
If you did those workout for more than a month already, I believe you'll notice that you feel less soreness and tiredness for these workout. It's time to add in some higher intense workout :)

Finally I have some time to share some of my experience in the gym. I know most of you all curious about which gym i joined, and i've received quite an amount of message asking me where i gym. Hmm, If you follow me in instagram or FB, you'll notice that recently I'm having a trial at Celeb'Fitness 1U.
I've been working out there for about 20 days, and I found out that there's quite a few differences between Luxury Gym with those Private Gym.

This is why I am gonna share about what I felt and I believe this can help you to get some advices if you're thinking to sign for some gym for your workout :)

(is purely my personal feelings and experiences. I'm not promoting or depreciating any gym)

For what I've seen in Luxury Gym, here's some GOOD things about it.

  • It's very SPACIOUS, you probably can do some 20-30 meters walking lunges in the middle of the gym if you are not SHY hahahaha.
  • There's A LOT OF CARDIO MACHINES you can simply pick and "jump" on it and start jogging/cycling for your day.
  • You can enjoy SAUNA & STEAMROOM & MIRRORS in the changing room for you to Cam-whore if you want.
  • The best thing is, CLASSES. Yoga/cycling/dancing/boxing and etc. These actually good because when you are working out with other people around you, you'll push yourself to keep up and learn how to do some other workout beside just jogging which is boring some times

Helloooooo people!! Sorry for the delay....
ARE YOU READY FOR MY SUPER LONGGGGGG POST?
Alright, It took me quite some time to get this ready because i need to record video & editing...
Forgive me if it's not good, not really good in doing video, the background music is kinda hilarious i know..but i've no idea what to put in...HAHAHA! will try to improve next time..
Please don't tease me....♪( ´▽`)

As you can see the title is kinda long, because I'm adding 2 blog posts into 1.
First of all, the reason why I'm writing about this because i know a lot of you feeling lost, wanna start working out but don't know where to start...& recently I got few emails that mention they are lack of space in their home for them to do their home workout. I understand some might not have big space as staying in a apartment or too shy to do it at public/ or no time to hit the gym..

Hello people! Sorry for keep you waiting... I know you all are desperate to know about my workout routine and my clean eating plan...But, I'm still working on my home workout video clips, just finish shoot some video today...Need some extra time to do the editing.. Errrrr, i'm still a newbie in video editing, sorry about that! Forgive me please :/

As I always emphasize in all my blog posts...

I wanna inform you all........
If anyone of you decided to lose some weights and fats,
PLEASE DO IT IN A RIGHT WAY!!
I know there's a lot pills and medicines or "magic" cream out there which says that can burn fat and lose weight "automatically" in lighting speed!! But sorry to say that, there's no magic pill for weight loss... Healthy lifestyle, proper advice and hard work are the only ones that can help you. Think twice before you consume any of it. Remember, NO MAGIC.. JUST HARD WORK :)

Here's some quick tips to share it out for you guys as an "appetizer"! hehehehehe

Steps to Achieve your goal Body...

#1
Mind Your Diet – There is a saying that you are what you eat, and this is true! If you eat fatty foods all the time, then eventually you will become one too. Not only will you get bigger in size, your heart will also suffer from all the fats, and after a while it will take a toll on your body. It's unhealthy. By the time that you realize this, it would be too late. Too prevent this, do what the bodybuilders and models do, eat a high protein diet coupled with less calorie intake to lose weight. It will make you stronger, faster, healthier and leaner.

#2
Burn More Than You Can EAT – Diet should always work side-by-side with a good fitness regimen. If you want to attain a great body that you can be proud of, then exercise 6 times a week. You probably think that it may be too much, but how else will you burn off the food that you eat 3 times a day, or more depending on your discipline and cravings? Exercise should be part of your daily routine, not only to get rid of the excess love handles, but to keep you young-looking, active, and ready for the challenges that life throws at you :)

#3
Slowly Make It A Habit – All the advice stated here will not work if you are not committed to it. Diet and exercise will do you no good if you discontinue it after a while. Keep in mind that this is a lifestyle, not a fad that vanishes after several weeks. If you really want this, then you have to be disciplined enough to follow through, fight through it!!

It is never too late for you or anyone else to achieve the dream body that you have been longing for.
EVERYONE CAN DO IT..............

I hope you all can share out this right info to all your friends or people around you who wanted to lose weight. Give them the right information, do it in an healthy way !! :)

First of all, I need you guys to understand that there's no such thing as targeted body part workout especially when it comes to out TUMMY(ABS). Trust me, I've studied tons of articles and asked professionals about it.

Before you start workout, I suggest you to do few of these:
